Using WordPress, WooCommerce, and custom Breakdance forms, we delivered a seamless platform that’s helping farmers and rural businesses buy and sell with ease.

ONO Rural is an online marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers of rural goods, livestock, machinery, and property across Australia. ONO Rural came to us with a clear mission:

🧩 Custom Multi-Vendor Marketplace:
We used Dokan – Multivendor Marketplace as the foundation, building out custom account endpoints so vendors can easily manage their products, payouts, and offers all from their dashboard.
📝 Product Submission via Dokan front-end Forms:
We built a fully custom form-based listing system using Breakdance, allowing sellers to submit products that auto-create draft WooCommerce products. We made sure sellers are assigned correctly as authors, stock is managed automatically, and categories and subcategories are mapped with precision.
💸 Listing Tally & Membership Plans:
We developed a dynamic tally system tied to WooCommerce products — some listings increase the seller’s quota, others unlock unlimited submissions. Membership plans are seamlessly integrated.
🎯 Custom Offers & Negotiation System:
We customised the Offers for WooCommerce plugin to include a negotiation chat, timed cancellation options, and admin tracking of active offers — all from a vendor’s “My Account” dashboard.
💰 Payout Preferences Panel:
Vendors can save their preferred payout method (PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer) directly in their account. We also built an internal admin panel to view, manage, and export seller payout info.
📺 Video Upload for Listings:
We extended the Addify Product Video plugin, giving sellers the option to upload listing videos directly from their vendor dashboard — perfectly styled and fully integrated.
🏠 Real Estate Listings with Agent Plans:
For rural agents, we set up three tiered property listing plans (1, 2, or unlimited listings), managed through WooCommerce and the Estatik plugin. Agents are created automatically upon purchase and redirected to manage their listings without fuss.
🔎 Enhanced User Experience & Filtering:
From a grid/list toggle that remembers your preference to custom filters and clean navigation, we focused on usability every step of the way.
ONO Rural now has a fully-featured, beautifully structured online platform that empowers sellers, supports rural commerce, and delivers a streamlined experience for every user — whether they’re listing a goat or looking to buy a tractor.
