🏡 A Seamless Investment & Sales Hub: Oasis Group’s Website Reimagined

We partnered with Oasis Group to build a modern website showcasing both investment opportunities and properties for sale. Using WordPress, ACF, and Estatik Pro, we delivered a fast, scalable platform tailored for real estate and investment growth.

When Oasis Group came to us, they had a clear vision: create a modern, easy-to-navigate site that would showcase both investment opportunities and properties for sale in one centralised platform. With a strong emphasis on user experience, scalability, and flexibility, we were ready to bring their vision to life.

🌱 The Client’s Goal: Connect Investors, Buyers & Developers

Oasis Group operates in the real estate and investment space, with a focus on eliminating the middleman and creating direct connections between investors, buyers, and developers. Their primary goal was to design a site that not only presents premium land developments and projects under management, but also streamlines the browsing and inquiry process for property seekers.

They needed two clear sections:

  • Investment Projects with robust detail, downloadable brochures, and ROI projections.
  • Properties for Sale with flexible filtering and user-friendly layouts.

🛠️ Our Work & Technical Solutions

We built the site on WordPress using a powerful combination of tools tailored to the client’s needs.

  • For investment listings, we created a Custom Post Type called Investment Projects, extended with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Each listing includes developer info, ROI, project size, status, completion dates, key features, and gallery uploads.
  • For the property listings, we implemented the Estatik Pro plugin. This gave us a strong framework for managing residential, rural, commercial, and land properties. We set up advanced filtering options for property type, location, bedrooms, and bathrooms—making it easy for users to find exactly what they’re looking for.
  • To future-proof the site, we optimised images, configured Open Graph tags, and applied SEO best practices across all key pages. The site is also fully mobile responsive and fast-loading.

The finished product is a sleek, modern website that seamlessly separates and showcases both investment and property offerings. Each project or listing is presented with clarity and polish—while the admin backend makes content management smooth and scalable for the Oasis Group team.
