We handle all of it. Your site sits on fast, managed hosting, gets kept patched and backed up, and when you need something changed you deal with a real person who already knows your site. It is the kind of ongoing partnership that keeps a site working for years, not the set-and-forget approach that leaves you stuck.
What managed hosting actually means
Hosting is one of those things you should never have to think about, and with us you do not. Managed means we look after the technical side entirely: fast servers so your pages load quickly, a secure connection, and the quiet behind-the-scenes maintenance that keeps everything current. You are not handed a login to a bare server and left to work it out. It just runs, and stays quick, while you get on with your business.
Fast is something we keep doing, not something we did once
A site does not stay quick on its own. Hosting changes, plugins pile up, and the network that was fine two years ago is now routing your customers halfway around the world before they see a page.
This year we went back through client sites on our plans and moved them onto a network that serves their pages from Brisbane rather than overseas. Measured from Australia, before and after:
- Central Highlands Junior Rugby League, a full page load down from 837ms to around 285ms.
- Chases Chops, time to first byte down from around 660ms to 115ms.
- East Coast Drones, time to first byte down from 709ms to 109ms, with the slowest first visits improving by more than ten times.
Nobody asked us to do it and no one was billed extra for it. That is the point of being on a plan. We keep an eye on the things you should not have to think about, and when something can be materially better we go and make it better.
Security and backups, quietly handled
The websites that get into trouble are almost always the ones nobody is looking after. We keep your site patched and secure, with a firewall and bot protection in front of it and regular backups behind it, so if anything ever goes wrong there is a clean copy to restore from. It is insurance you hopefully never need, running in the background so a bad day never turns into a lost website.
Changes made for you, by a real person
Businesses change. New prices, a new service, a staff update, a fresh set of photos from the last job. When you need something changed, you message or call and we take care of it, usually quickly. Care Plan clients get 30 minutes a month included, and anything bigger is priced before we start. No relearning the website every few months, no logging a ticket into a queue and hoping someone in another time zone gets to it. You deal with the same person who built your site and already knows how it works.
A partnership, not a lock-in
Good ongoing support should be a relationship you stay in because it is worth it, not because you are trapped. You own your domain and your content, our pricing is clear, and if you ever want to go elsewhere we will help rather than hinder. We would rather earn the ongoing work each month than rely on you being stuck with us.

What happens after my site goes live?
We do not build it and disappear. We host it, keep it secure and backed up, and handle the changes you need over time, within the monthly allowance on your plan, so the site keeps working long after launch.
What if I need a change made?
You call or message us and we take care of it. The Care Plan includes up to 30 minutes of changes a month, and it does not roll over. For anything past that, or for changes on the hosting plan, we send you a price first and only start once you say yes. No wrestling with the website yourself, no waiting in a faceless support queue.
What is included in hosting?
Fast managed hosting, an SSL certificate so your site is secure, regular backups and the behind-the-scenes updates that keep everything running. The whole lot handled, not a bare server you have to manage yourself.
What if I want to move away later?
Then you can. You own your domain and your content, and we will help you move rather than hold it hostage. We would rather keep you because the service is good than because you are stuck.
