Marathon Wagyu
A Central Queensland Wagyu seedstock operation got two custom apps, a sire performance and progeny database, plus a limit-fed feed program calculator.

Where they started
Marathon Wagyu run a serious Wagyu breeding and feeding operation, with years of genetics and carcase data and a real feedlot to manage. They needed proper software to make sense of it, not a brochure website, and it was all living in spreadsheets.
What we built
Marathon Wagyu did not need a website. They needed software, built around how a real Wagyu seedstock and feeding operation actually runs. We built them two custom apps.
The sire performance and progeny database
The first is a fast, filterable web app that turns years of breeding data into something you can actually explore. It ranks their sires by marbling, carcase weight, eye muscle area and fineness, shows the herd numbers at a glance, and lets a buyer search or filter down to the sires that matter to them.
Open any sire and you get its full picture: its own carcase figures, the number of progeny behind the numbers, and a ranked list of that progeny with each animal's own results. For a genetics or semen buyer, it is the difference between taking someone's word for it and seeing the data for themselves.
The limit-fed feed program app
The second is a tool that runs their feedlot. It manages pens and mobs, holds the rations, and runs the limit-fed feeding calculations, so the team can plan a feed-out across selected pens and get the mix and batch numbers without wrestling a spreadsheet. It is the kind of practical, purpose-built system that saves real time every single day.
Real tools for a real operation
Both are proper custom builds, not templates dressed up. They are the sort of work most web shops will not touch, and exactly the kind of thing a data-driven agricultural business needs to get ahead. When people ask whether we do more than websites, this is the answer.
